Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service is a digital storefront and client portal operated by AstroTriesModding. It may include: a catalog of digital GTA V / FiveM / EUP mod assets with direct checkout (no shopping cart); commission invoices you can view, pay, and download; a commissions pricing calculator; guides; an account hub for purchases and invoices; and customer reviews. Features may change; we may add, modify, or remove functionality, and we may limit public access to parts of the Service (for example store or commissions availability) for operational reasons.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You sign in using Discord; your Discord account must comply with Discord's terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are banned, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

3. Store purchases and payments

• Catalog products are digital goods offered in currencies shown at checkout (for example USD or EUR). Prices, sales, and promo codes displayed in the Service form part of your order summary. Some products may be claimed free or reduced via promo, and you may be offered an optional tip at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown. Taxes, if any, are as displayed at checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Refunds. Catalog purchases are all sales final once digital content is delivered or download access is granted, except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree in writing. Chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may result in revoked access without refund.
• We may refuse or revoke a purchase where there is abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Commissions, invoices, and payments

• Commission invoices are created by us (or our admins) for agreed work. Prices and descriptions shown in the Service are part of your order summary at checkout. Optional tips may be offered when paying an invoice.
• Payments for invoices are processed by Stripe under the same rules as Section 3.
• Refunds. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes for commissions are handled according to the agreement you have with us for that specific commission, and applicable law. Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, completed digital deliverables may not be eligible for refund once delivered.
• We may mark an invoice as revoked or refuse service where there is abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Digital content and license

When you complete payment for a catalog product or commission invoice (or otherwise receive authorized download access), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the associated files for personal or in-game use as described for that product or in your commission agreement, unless we specify different terms in writing. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or sublicense files unless we explicitly allow it. All rights not granted are reserved.

6. Reviews and user content

Signed-in buyers may submit a rating and feedback for catalog products they own or commission invoices they have paid, where the Service offers that option. By submitting a review, you grant AstroTriesModding a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use the review content (including your Discord display name as shown) in connection with the Service and our marketing.

Reviews must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing. We may edit, unpublish, or remove reviews at our discretion, including for moderation or legal reasons.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data or downloads you are not authorized for; sharing download links or files with others who are not licensed; circumventing purchase or ownership checks; interfering with security or performance; using automated means to scrape or overload the site; or using the Service for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and site content (excluding your reviews and licensed deliverables) are owned by us or our licensors. Catalog products and commission deliverables remain subject to the license in Section 5 unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Your reviews remain yours, subject to the license in Section 6.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND OFFICERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH THE SERVICE FOR THE SPECIFIC PURCHASE OR INVOICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50), IF NO SUCH PAYMENT APPLIES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your reviews or other content you submit, or your violation of others' rights.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for legal, security, or operational reasons, or for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including licenses you granted us as needed to operate, payment obligations incurred, liability limits, and dispute terms) will survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes between us, unless applicable law requires a different venue for consumers.
